Coastway Appointments
How we work
“
I’ve been using Coastway Vets for years as I can usually see the same vet. It's
reassuring for my cat and for me, as he knows us really well.”
Brian Palmer, Shoreham
At our main Brighton clinic in Freshfield Way routine consultations take place throughout
the day from 8.00am to 6.00pm [weekdays] and 8.00am to 12 noon [Saturdays]. Clinic
times at the branches vary slightly and are detailed separately in the specific
clinic section.
To arrange to see a vet or a nurse you should make an appointment and you can do
this either by calling your local clinic or by dropping in to see the receptionist.
You can choose to see whichever vet you like.
Outside of normal surgery hours we operate an emergency clinic called Vetcall from our Brighton surgery.
Keeping costs low
To help us keep costs low, we ask for fees to be settled on the day of treatment,
either at the surgery or in the home to reduce unnecessary administration costs.
Home visits
We provide a House Call service if you have difficulty getting to your local surgery,
of if you prefer to have your pet treated at home. To book a home visit, you need
to call before 10am on the day you’d like to see a vet, as we only offer a limited
number of home appointments each day.
