There have been an increasing number of nasty incidents where clients are verbally abusing our staff.
We are doing all we physically can given the government and Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons guidance in response to the COVID19 pandemic, to continue to offer veterinary care. Urgent care is still being given, medicines and parasite control are being posted and consultations are being done by phone.
Our staff deserve the utmost respect and support at this time and we will not tolerate aggressive behaviour. Clients who continue to verbally abuse our staff will be asked to register elsewhere.
