Is your pet on long term medication? If it is and you usually order your medication at your local surgery, you may be wondering while the lockdown continues, how to go about ordering it?
Because currently we only have three surgeries open – Shoreham, Brighton and Telscombe – and these have reduced staffing levels, we have set up an email for prescription requests, [email protected]. You can use this address to order more of any medication that your pet is currently taking. When you email us with your request, please include your name and address together with your pet’s details and the medication needed. Try to give us as much notice as possible, order early if you can. Our staff will usually get back to you within two to three days. You may still be able to collect your order from one of our surgeries, although most clients are asking for medication to be posted to them, which we are happy to do. Please be aware that the cost of postage is extra.
[email protected] is also the address for anyone to use (Pet Care Plan and non-plan clients) to request parasite control, including wormers and food. Our staff will call you to organise payment and your preferred delivery method, again we aim to do this within two to three days.
