Neutering was put on hold at our surgeries because of the Coronavirus pandemic and the need to socially distance in our surgeries.
Although we are still not routinely offering this surgery for all clients, we are offering emergency neutering where there is an animal welfare issue. This would include situations where several un-neutered pets are living in one household, where cats can’t be kept indoors, and for male rabbits where they live in groups of two or more.
If you feel that neutering is essential for your dog or cat, please call either our Shoreham surgery on 01273 454040 or Telscombe surgery on 01273 582266 to discuss your situation with one of our vets. Rabbit owners can call our Brighton surgery on 01273 692257 for male castration appointments. Please be aware that all these operations are limited and are being done on a priority basis. After speaking with you, if we feel that it is safe to do so, we may ask you to wait a bit longer for your appointment.
Please understand and respect our decision if this is the case. Thank you.
