You may have seen in the news that there is a national shortage of vaccines for dog and cats. We have now managed to obtain sufficient dog vaccines for the short term, but like most vets, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to postpone booster vaccines for cats until 2022 and prioritise instead the primary vaccinations for our registered clients’ kittens.
Anyone who had their dog’s booster appointment cancelled, will be contacted and offered a new appointment. As soon as cat vaccines become available again we will restart our booster vaccinations, as previously mentioned we don’t think that this will happen until after the New Year.
Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to speed this process up and that your pet’s health is still our priority.
