We’re so pleased to be able to say that all our surgeries are open and are offering a full range of services again. The last couple of years have been difficult for all of us and it’s such a great feeling to be able to open our surgery doors and welcome you all back in.
We wanted to thank all our staff who’ve worked so hard during the pandemic to keep out surgeries open and to continue to provide care for all our pets. Thank you to all our clients too, who understood when we had to close our branches, limit the services we could offer and introduce new processes. Some of the pandemic adaptations have been a great success and have helped us run our surgeries more smoothly, especially taking your repeat prescription and food orders by email. These services will continue as below.
Medication
To order a repeat prescription, email your local surgery with yours and your pet’s name and detail the medication needed. Our surgery email addresses are:

Please email us at least one week before your prescription is due to run out as it may take 2-3 days for us to process your order. We usually only issue a month’s supply of most medications, but up to three months of routine Pet Care Plan products. Home or postal delivery are an option for a small charge if you’d rather not collect your order from the surgery. You will need to pay for the medication and any delivery charges before collection or delivery.
Pet food
To order pet food, please email your local surgery with yours and your pet’s name and detailing the food needed. If you are unable to get out or don’t have someone who can pick it up for you, we can deliver your order to your home for just £5.50. All food and any delivery charges will need to be paid for in full before collection or delivery.
