Daisy has had an under-active thyroid for the past 5 years. She takes her meds twice a day without complaining and is a model patient for her 6 monthly blood tests. She is a Canine Concern therapy dog and goes into an infants school to help reluctant readers every week. Last month she also started visiting local police stations to help ‘de-stress’ the officers & staff, a new venture which was a great success, and will continue after lockdown. As an ex-puppy-farm dog rescued at 4months by the RSPCA I think she is amazing.
He was always so gentle with Daisy when taking her bloods. She’s very sensitive and never felt a thing!
