Coastway Rottingdean Closes

We opened our Rottingdean village surgery in 1994. Positioned in the village centre, just minutes from the sea, it became a familiar landmark for local residents. Here, for more than 20 years, we’ve cared for the family pets of the village community.

Sadly, due to the impact of Covid and staffing issues, we’ve made the difficult decision to close this surgery at the end of December 2021. Many of our staff started their Coastway training at Rottingdean and so for us too, it is sad to see the branch close. We want to thank all our loyal clients who chose us to care for their many pets over the years. It has been a privilege and a joy. We very much hope to continue seeing you at our Telscombe or Woodingdean surgeries, both of which are just a short distance away.

To make an appointment at Woodingdean call 01273 684999, or to visit our Telscombe surgery call 01273 582266.

“Really lovely reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Genuinely interested in your pet and happy to talk to the owners and get to know you. The Vet himself is friendly and kind and very patient. He explains everything clearly and seems pleased to meet your pet and remembers you when you return. Brilliant offer to pay a monthly amount and get free 6 monthly checkups and flea and worm treatments included.”
