Train with Coastway
As a recognised professional training centre for the Royal Society of Veterinary Surgeons, trainee nurses join us to study for their NVQ in Veterinary Nursing. The vocational course is run over 3 years and trainee nurses work 4 days a week in the practice and study at college for one day a week. Over the 3 years they will produce an assessed portfolio of work, and have yearly exams, including a practical examination in their final year. Our trainee programme is currently full. We're looking for a full time Canine Hydrotherapist to manage our specialist hydrotherapy unit in central Brighton.
Candidates must have at least a level 3 qualification in hydrotherapy.

As well as educating trainee staff, we also hold regular external seminars on specialist topics for qualified vets. These CPD seminars are held at our Kemp Town surgery and count towards a vet’s Continual Professional Development. Past topics have included Ophthalmology, Cardiology and Dermatology.
