Our newly extended facilities at our Telscombe surgery are enabling us to offer even more treatment locally, which includes surgical and dental care. Our bright, spacious clinic headed by local vet Claire Fielder, allows us to separate dogs and cats which means less stress for your pets. Less stress means happy pets, which improves their experience with us.
Our caring veterinary team is here for you too and are happy to help with any pet care concern, plus our popular Nurse Clinics mean it’s not always necessary for you to see a vet.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are not able to offer appointments for routine procedures. We are currently offering appointments for overdue dog and cat vaccinations (rabbit vaccinations are being done at our Brighton veterinary hospital), emergency neutering for dogs and cats if they live in multiple, same pet households, a limited number of emergency rabbit castrations for males that live in groups, and urgent appointments for sick or injured pets.
If you have an appointment at Telscombe, please call us from outside to let our receptionist know that you have arrived. Try to arrive on time as we are operating a ‘one in, one out’ policy for appointments to minimise the risk to clients and staff. When you call, our staff will let you know the plan for your appointment and they will come out to you when it’s your time to see the vet. All clients should bring a mask or face covering to their appointment as you may be asked to come inside to pay. Clients are still not allowed inside consulting rooms because of the need to socially distance and you may be asked to liaise with the vet via a phone.
Telephone appointments are available where appropriate. Requests for repeat prescriptions, parasite control and food, can be emailed to [email protected]
If you have any queries regarding our new appointment protocol for Telscombe, speak to our team before you visit us.
